How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval & Instructions:

    • Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Safely package the product and include your proof of purchase in the return package. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your returned items.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where the return results from our error.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Before Shipment: Orders canceled before they ship will be refunded in full.
