Order Processing

Processing Time

We aim to process and prepare all orders for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. When your order is shipped, a tracking number and shipping details will be provided for you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.


Shipping Options and Rates

We work with trusted shipping carriers to offer reliable and affordable delivery options. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $75

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by location but typically take 7–21 business days.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package in real-time on the carrier’s website or at www.wondertoyland.com/track-order.

If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@wondertoyland.com.


Delivery Issues

Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, high order volumes, or carrier issues may cause delays. If your order is delayed significantly, please reach out to us for assistance.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you for a reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been shipped, WonderToy Land is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the shipping carrier to resolve such issues.

For stolen packages marked as "delivered," we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's management for the package.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  3. If no resolution is found, please email us at support@wondertoyland.com for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we are unable to ship to the following:

  • P.O. Boxes (for some delivery methods)
  • Embargoed or restricted countries as per U.S. regulations

Free Shipping Terms

Orders qualifying for free shipping (domestic orders over $75) will be shipped using our standard shipping method. This option cannot be combined with expedited services.
